Introducing our Wine of the Month: 2020 Mas des Bressades ‘Tradition’!
The 2020 Mas des Bressades ‘Tradition’ is a delightful, well-balanced blend of grenache and syrah, hailing from near Nîmes in Southern Rhone. This wine offers a perfect companion for winter meals, boasting a structure that pairs wonderfully with food. Mas des Bressades vineyard prioritizes environmentally conscious viticulture, a commitment evident in its organic certification.
This wine’s distinct character is expressed through its flavour and traditional packaging. The design harks back to Nîmes’ Roman history, specifically a commemorative coin minted post-Battle of Actium in 31 BC, adorned with symbols related to ancient Egypt.
This well-balanced, fruity grenache and syrah will pair perfectly with our Maple Bacon Galette made of Maple Bacon, Cherry Tomatoes and Créme Fraîche from our August Specials.
