Sunday Wellington
Sundays are reserved for indulgence, and what better way to do so than with the classic and luxurious Beef Wellington? Sink your teeth into a succulent beef tenderloin, perfectly seared and encased in a delicate puff pastry. Paired with a rich mushroom duxelles and served with an exquisite red wine reduction, this iconic dish promises to satisfy even the most refined palates.
